Coronavirus (COVID-19): Staying safe

At Hanson’s Auto Glass, your safety and all of our staff’s safety is paramount to us. We are closely following guidelines released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to prevent the spread of the virus.

Here are just a few of the steps we take to protect our customers and staff:

• We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our technicians’ vehicles, and our office location.
• We are providing sanitizing wipes and alcohol gel.
• Staff wear masks when face-to-face with customers regardless of distance, and any time they are inside a customer’s vehicle. They also wear gloves whenever possible.
• Technicians are greeting customers from a social distance and we offer contactless service.
• We always encourage our associates to wash their hands frequently, refrain from touching their faces and to stay home if they aren’t feeling well.
• If associates have traveled recently to a high-risk area or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we are asking them to self quarantine for 14 days, as recommended by the CDC.
