The quote we provide is an exact “out-the-door” price that includes all parts, labor, and tax. In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we need the vehicle’s year, make, model, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
You can find your VIN on your vehicle registration, insurance policy documentation, on the lower left corner of your dashboard (view from the outside of the driver’s side), or on a sticker on the driver’s side door jam.
Most work can be scheduled for the same or the next day. This can vary with the availability of parts. With the exception of certain holidays, we are open Monday-Saturday, 8am - 8pm.
Most repairs take 30-60 minutes and customers can immediately use their car once the repair is completed. You can also wash your vehicle right away.
Replacements usually take about 45-60 minutes. With most replacements you will need to wait 2-3 hours before driving your car. This is called the “safe drive-away time.” Vehicles can be washed after 2 days.

Yes, all of our technicians are certified and have been thoroughly trained on the proper procedures for removing and installing auto glass to ensure your safety. We send a two-man crew to every job, providing you with a great fit on windshield replacements, efficiency and peace of mind that your glass has been properly and securely installed.
Hanson's Auto Glass, Inc. stands behind its workmanship. Our warranty covers air and water leaks for the duration of the life of the vehicle. Stress cracks (cracks not due to rock/debris) are covered for 30 days from the date of windshield (or back glass) installation. However, if rust is present during the installation process, this warranty may be limited or may not apply, depending upon the degree of rust. We will communicate this to you at the time of installation
Our warranty covers further expansion of the crack(s) for as long as the vehicle is owned by the customer. If expansion occurs, we can either put the repair cost towards a new windshield or issue a refund.
Please note that damage will never disappear completely and may not pass a lease/rental car inspection/return. During the repair process, the windshield is put under mild pressure and due to the nature of glass, there is a slight chance that the windshield could suffer additional damage and become impossible to repair. Should this situation occur, Hanson's Auto Glass, Inc. is in no way responsible for covering the replacement cost of a new windshield and no charge will be assessed to the customer for the attempted repair. We do not guarantee that the finished rock chip repair will pass a lease/rental car inspection/return.

Comprehensive insurance covers repair or replacement of any glass damage except in the case of collision, which is generally covered by collision insurance.
We have encountered very few cases where customers have shared that their policy rates increased due to a comprehensive claim. However, to be sure, we advise that you speak with your insurance provider before work begins.
Yes! While some insurance companies have preferred providers, customers have the right to choose any auto glass company to perform the work. Insurance companies cannot force a customer to use their preferred providers.
We are happy to assist customers with filing an insurance claim or we will speak to insurance providers on their behalf.
Typically, customers contact their insurance agent to provide details describing the cause of the glass damage and the date of loss. The insurance company informs them of their deductible, which is paid directly to us at the time the work is completed. Hanson’s files the completed claim with the insurance company and receives payment from them for the remaining cost, if applicable, depending upon your policy.

To provide a hassle-free experience, our free mobile service can perform work at your home or office and usually be completed within 20-30 minutes. You can immediately drive your car once the repair is done.
A few hours before work begins be sure to store your car in a cool place (in shade or under a cover) to allow the sealant time to adhere better. In the unlikely event that the repaired area cracks further, not due to another object hitting the spot, Hanson’s will put the cost of the repair toward a new windshield.
